Every Blossom Knot product can be customized to make your gift more personal. You may request changes to wrapping, colors, flower quantity, chocolate quantity, teddy quantity, messages, photos, or other available add-ons.
Customization is subject to design and material availability. The final price may increase or decrease depending on your selected changes and will be confirmed after discussion and calculation before your order is finalized.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
ORDER CONFIRMATION
A minimum advance payment of 190৳ to 250৳ is required to confirm every order. Since each product is specially handcrafted and customized for you, our artists spend approximately 2–3 hours carefully preparing each order. The advance helps us manage customization costs, shipping risks, and unexpected order cancellations.
This amount will be deducted from your total order value, so you will only need to pay the remaining balance when receiving your product.
Care
Handle with care and keep in a cool, dry place away from water, moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. For products containing chocolate, please follow the expiry and storage instructions on the original packaging.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are normally prepared and handed over for delivery within 3 days. Standard delivery is available across Bangladesh, while same-day and instant delivery options are available within Dhaka. Delivery time and charges vary depending on your location and selected delivery service.
Need it urgently? We also accept emergency orders for an additional ৳200. Emergency orders are prepared and handed over for delivery within the first day instead of our usual 3-day processing time. Final delivery time will still depend on your location and selected delivery option.
