ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• Each order may take up to 3 days to prepare.
• Once your order is completed, it will be handed over to our delivery/courier partner.
• Delivery time begins after the order has been prepared and dispatched.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Inside Dhaka:
• Usually 2–3 days after dispatch.
Outside Dhaka:
• Usually 2–5 days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SAME-DAY & INSTANT DELIVERY
Same-day and instant delivery options may be available within Dhaka.
Availability and delivery charges depend on the delivery location and selected service. Please contact us before ordering if you require urgent delivery.
EMERGENCY ORDERS
Need your order urgently? We accept emergency orders for an additional ৳200 emergency processing charge.
For emergency orders, we prepare and hand over the product for delivery within the first day instead of our standard processing time of up to 3 days.
The emergency charge only covers faster preparation. Final delivery time will still depend on your location and selected delivery service.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges vary depending on your location, parcel size, and selected delivery option. The applicable delivery charge will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Please provide the correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address when placing your order. Blossom Knot is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Courier delivery times are estimated and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
