Blossom Knot offers handmade ribbon bouquets, artificial flower bouquets, chocolate bouquets, teddy bear bouquets, customized gifts, and related products.
Because many of our products are handmade and customized, slight differences in arrangement, color placement, wrapping, shape, or finishing may naturally occur. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
CUSTOMIZATION
Our products can be customized depending on design and material availability.
Customers may request changes such as:

• Flower quantity
• Flower color
• Wrapping
• Chocolate quantity
• Teddy quantity
• Photos
• Messages
• Other available add-ons
The final price may increase or decrease depending on the requested customization. Any updated price will be confirmed after discussion and calculation.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order is considered confirmed only after the required advance or partial payment has been received.
The advance amount will be adjusted against the total order value. The customer only needs to pay the remaining balance according to the agreed payment or delivery method.
Advance payments are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Product prices may vary depending on size, quantity, materials, customization, availability, and other selected options.
Blossom Knot reserves the right to update prices when necessary.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders may take up to 3 days to prepare before being handed over for delivery.
Emergency processing may be available for an additional charge according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on the customer's location, courier service, and selected delivery option.
Standard delivery is available across Bangladesh. Same-day and instant delivery options may be available within Dhaka.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION
Once production has started, changes may not always be possible.
Because products are often prepared specifically for each customer, confirmed orders and advance payments are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers must inspect the product while the delivery person is present.
Any claim regarding courier damage or an incorrect product must be reported immediately while the delivery person is still present, together with clear photo or video evidence.
Claims submitted after the delivery person has left may not be accepted.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Certain flowers, chocolates, wrapping materials, teddy bears, decorative items, or other materials may occasionally become unavailable.
Where necessary, we may contact the customer to discuss a suitable alternative before completing the order.
