At Blossom Knot, every bouquet is handmade and customized specifically for each customer. For this reason, the following refund and exchange terms apply:
ADVANCE PAYMENT
• Inside Dhaka: ৳190 partial payment is required to confirm an order.
• Outside Dhaka: ৳250 partial payment is required to confirm an order.
• All advance/partial payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
• If a customer cancels the order after confirmation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
COURIER DAMAGE
If your product is damaged during delivery due to courier handling, Blossom Knot will arrange a replacement after the claim has been verified.
Because every product is handmade and specially prepared for the customer, cash refunds are not provided for courier-related damage. An exchange or replacement will be provided instead.
IMPORTANT CLAIM REQUIREMENT
The customer must check the parcel and product while the delivery person is still present.
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or there is any issue with the delivered parcel, the customer must report it to Blossom Knot immediately while the delivery person is present and provide clear photos and/or video evidence of the parcel and product.
Damage or wrong-product claims reported after the delivery person has left will not be accepted.
WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
If Blossom Knot mistakenly sends a product different from the product you ordered, please report it immediately while the delivery person is present and provide clear photo/video evidence.
After verification, Blossom Knot will either:
• Send the correct product as a replacement, or
• Provide a refund after discussion with the customer.
CHANGE OF MIND
Refunds or exchanges are not available for change-of-mind requests after an order has been confirmed and production has started.
HANDMADE PRODUCT VARIATIONS
As our products are handmade and customizable, slight variations in flower arrangement, wrapping, color placement, finishing, or overall appearance may naturally occur.
Minor handmade variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
By confirming an order with Blossom Knot, the customer agrees to the terms of this Refund & Exchange Policy.
This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.
