PARTIAL PAYMENT (ADVANCE + COD) POLICY
At Blossom Knot, we offer Partial Payment to make ordering easier while allowing us to securely confirm and prepare your customized order.
HOW PARTIAL PAYMENT WORKS
• Inside Dhaka: Pay ৳190 as an advance payment.
• Outside Dhaka: Pay ৳250 as an advance payment.
• The advance amount is deducted from your total order value.
• You only need to pay the remaining balance later.
PAYMENT METHODS
Advance and due payments can be made through:
• bKash
• Nagad
• Manual Payment as instructed by Blossom Knot
The remaining balance can either be paid before delivery through an available payment method or paid to the delivery person at the time of delivery, where Cash on Delivery is available.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received.
As most Blossom Knot products are handmade and customizable, production begins after order confirmation.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
The advance payment is non-refundable once your order has been confirmed.
Each customized order is specially prepared for the customer, and our artists spend significant time and materials creating it. The advance payment also helps us manage customization, order cancellation, and delivery risks.
The advance is not an additional charge. It will be deducted from your total order amount.
Example:
Total Order: ৳2,000
Advance Paid: ৳190
Remaining Due: ৳1,810
DELIVERY & REMAINING PAYMENT
If you choose to pay the remaining balance on delivery, please check the parcel while the delivery person is still present before completing the payment and receiving the order.
If the product is damaged, tampered with, or different from your confirmed order, you must immediately contact Blossom Knot while the delivery person is present and provide clear photo/video evidence.
Claims submitted after the delivery person has left may not be accepted.
If you pay the full remaining balance before delivery, no additional product payment will be required at the time of delivery.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel a confirmed order, the advance payment will not be refunded because production, customization, material preparation, or processing may already have started.
For damaged or incorrect products, replacement or refund eligibility will be handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERY
If a customer refuses to receive a correctly prepared order without a valid product-related issue, the advance payment will remain non-refundable.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Product size, flower quantity, chocolate quantity, teddy quantity, colors, wrapping, messages, and other available details may be customized.
The final product price may increase or decrease depending on the selected customization and will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
YOUR AGREEMENT
By placing an order using Partial Payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including our advance payment, cancellation, delivery, and refund terms.
